RATES & BOOKING POLICIES
Seasonal Rates:

April to June: Enjoy Villa Gaya at 600 EUR per night.
June to September 15: Immerse in luxury for 900 EUR per night.
September 15 to October 30: Experience autumnal beauty at 600 EUR per night.

Stay Duration:

Our rates are tailored for stays ranging from a minimum of 5 nights to a maximum of 2 weeks.
For guests wishing to extend their stay beyond two weeks, we invite you to contact us directly to discuss and confirm special rates.

Reservation Policy:

Payment Method: All payments should be made via bank transfer to our Revolut account.
Confirmation and Details: After booking, you'll receive an email within 24 hours with our bank details and payment instructions.
Deposit: A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. This is refundable up to three weeks before your arrival.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid via bank transfer at least three days before arrival.
Cash Payment Discount: Opt for cash payment upon arrival and receive a 5% discount.
Short Notice Bookings: For last-minute bookings, the deposit requirement is waived, and no fee is charged in case of cancellation.

Cancellation Terms for Short-Notice Bookings:

For bookings made on short notice (closer to the arrival date), the deposit requirement is waived. In the event of a cancellation for these bookings, no deposit fee will be charged.
